Your opportunity: Be the 'go to' HR person for managers and staff Partner with stakeholders to manage and resolve complex HR issues and conflict effectively.
Analyse HR metrics and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and develop action plans accordingly.
Contribute to continuous improvement and simplification of HR related systems, processes and procedures.
Prepare complex briefing notes, reports, policy documents and communications on human resource matters.
About you: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work autonomously, prioritise tasks effectively, and handle confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
