The Collinsville Cluster of schools - Collinsville State High School, Collinsville State School and Scottville State School are seeking to appoint an innovative and committed teacher to lead and implement our combined school's FlexiSpace program on a 1 FTE. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of students and to support our school's journey to embed inclusive teaching practice.
This role will provide tailored, high-quality teaching to students showing early signs of disengagement or who are not thriving in their mainstream classes, in a bespoke, inclusive, and innovative learning environment.
Our FlexiSpace Lead will ideally be:
An experienced teacher with expertise in, or knowledge of, inclusive practice; or a teacher committed to rapidly developing their skills and knowledge of inclusive practice. Committed to ensuring students achieve quality educational outcomes by providing uninterrupted access to the curriculum and high-impact teaching. Committed to differentiating teaching practice and educational program delivery to meet student needs. Committed to using and sharing inclusive teaching practices with all staff. Committed to working with parents/carers, internal support staff, and external agencies to support student learning, engagement, and wellbeing. What is in it for you?

Applicants for these positions must possess:
A relevant teaching qualification. Current full registration or current provisional registration with eligibility for full registration as a teacher in Queensland. Pre-service/graduate teachers must have been granted provisional registration prior to commencing employment as a teacher. Working rights in Australia, which means you have, or you are eligible to obtain, a valid Australian Visa with work rights (if you're not already an Australian Citizen or resident). How to apply:
