About the Role As an ICT Solutions Architect, you will join our IT team to design, develop and implement innovative solutions in line with the organisations digital and data strategies. The position will require a deep understanding of ICT infrastructure, software development, and data management to create robust and scalable solutions.
This is a full-time position based on a 38-hour working week. The role can be located in our Townsville Head Office, Cairns Office, Brisbane Admin Office or remotely based on the successful candidate.
Selection Criteria Relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology or related discipline Previous experience with Data Action platforms and systems Understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) (desired) Proven experience in designing and implementing complex IT solutions Proven experience in coding languages, desirable of SQL, Python, Scala or R Proficiency in application, data architecture and data engineering Good knowledge of cloud technologies Understanding of cybersecurity principles and threat modelling Strong analytical skills with excellent problem-solving abilities Strong interpersonal and communication skills with capability to communicate complex technical concepts An ability to prioritise competing tasks Microsoft certificate and database administration experience across varying platforms would be well regarded About Us Queensland Country are now certified as a Great Place to Work and with over 50 years in business, we continue to shape a phenomenal culture through having our values at the core of what we do.
