Queensland Corrective Services – Toowoomba QLD
The Supervisor Workforce Engagement is responsible for scheduling operations and co-ordinating a support team of engagement officers that work broadly across all centre functions, assisting in creating an environment where specialist staff can perform to the best of their abilities.

Your team will provide frontline supports to centre functions including Organisational Health and Performance, Operations, Allied Health, Sentence and Case Management, Human Resources, Public Engagement and Centre Services, Intelligence, Industries and Education, Rehabilitation and Reintegration.

Manage the day-to-day activities of the centre's workforce engagement support team and call centre.
Supervise and participate in a team providing a high-quality service in the formulation of innovative and workable solutions for centre safety, development and wellbeing.
Contribute to the centre's operational performance framework and data systems for collection, trend analysis and reporting.
Supervision and development of staff providing proactive workforce engagement to the Lockyer Valley Correctional Centre staffing group.
Triage enquiries of a more complex nature to the appropriate areas where required, this could include on-call situations.
Proactively support work units across the Centre to achieve business priorities.
Oversee the creation, communication, and ongoing maintenance of the Workforce Engagement strategy to continually drive positive employee experiences.
Build and foster relationships to ensure employees are engaged and informed no matter where they work in the prison.
Review and evaluate administrative systems and recommend improvements to increase their efficiency and effectiveness.
Liaise with the Centre Organisational Health and Performance Manager and members of the senior management team to provide advice on the workforce engagement aspects of the facility's operations.
Gather, analyse and present key workforce engagement metrics to help support the delivery of key initiatives and prepare reports for key stakeholders.
Interact with both internal and external stakeholders to identify and co-ordinate staff engagement requirements and activities.
