Casacir is currently seeking an experienced Quarry Supervisor to join their already dynamic, successful team based at Neerim North Quarry, Neerim VIC.
Duties include, but are not limited to: Responsible for Safety Performance of employees and subcontractors in conjunction with Legislative Requirements and the Mine Safety Management Plan.Responsible for meeting and achieving production targets.Responsible for Quality Control in conjunction with Client's requirements and the site-specific Quarry Management Plan.Responsible for Environmental Management and conformance in conjunction with Legislative requirements and the site-specific Environmental management plan.Responsible for Continuous improvement.Responsible for Coordinating Truck Drivers, Product Deliveries and associated Tasks.Responsible for Quarry development and ongoing production plans for the Quarry.Hazard identification through active completion of the risk assessment process.Required skills and experience: Ability to carry out work as instructed by Quarry Manager.Excellent communication and organization skills.Current driver's license.
