Role summary

The Lead Product Manager for the Health team is responsible for driving the growth, deployment, and deployment of data-driven healthcare products in the Australian market, with an initial focus on Quail (Quantium Health's Patient Experience product powered by GenAI).
This role is crucial for establishing Quantium Health as a leader in data-driven healthcare solutions and supports our strategic objective of building recurring revenue streams.
You will lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and oversee the entire product lifecycle from conception to market success.

How will you make an impact?

Lead the development and execution of product strategies for the Australian healthcare market Establish lead indicators for customer development (e.g., number of prospect meetings, product demos conducted), and work with the team to actively achieve these targets, driving Quail's growth and informing future product strategies Oversee the complete product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing refinement Collaborate with QH executives to build and convert a targeted sales pipeline Bridge product development with market needs, ensuring products meet stakeholder expectations and quality standards Drive innovation in applying data analytics and AI to healthcare operations Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for the Australian healthcare sector Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in Australian hospitals and healthcare organizations Identify and evaluate new product opportunities beyond Quail in the Australian healthcare sector Lead cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of product development and deployment are aligned Establish and manage a monthly "Product Direction Forum" with key internal stakeholders
The superpowers you will bring to the team:

8+ years of experience in product management, preferably in healthcare or data analytics sectors Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products in new markets Strong understanding of data analytics, AI/ML, and their applications in healthcare Excellent leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams Expertise in customer development methodology and go-to-market strategies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities Experience in healthcare sector preferred but not required Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration) preferred What could your Quantium Experience look like?
