Quantity Surveyor

An large international QS consultancy firm are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Darwin. This role represents an opportunity for an ambitious QS to fast track their career by getting exposure to leadership aspects of the role in a highly supportive environment.

Responsibilities: Preparation of cost plans, estimates, and tender documentationReview and evaluation of tender submissionsPreparation of bills of quantities and schedule of ratesManagement of contracts, including variations and claimsCost reporting and forecastingRisk management and identification of cost-saving opportunitiesLiaison with project managers, contractors, and clientsRequirements: Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related fieldMinimum of 2 years' post graduate experience in a Quantity Surveying role, in a consultancy environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficient in Microsoft Office and industry-specific softwareIf you are a highly motivated and experienced Quantity Surveyor who is open to exploring a new challenge in Darwin, I encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
