UGL are currently seeking Expression of Interests for experienced HSE Advisor in relation to a maintenance project at a Major Gas Plant. Point of Hire is Darwin, NT.
About Role: Monday – Friday Drive in Drive out Key Responsibilities: Develop project Health Safety, Security (HSS) & Environmental Management and Emergency Response (ER) Plans. Conduct HSS reviews to ensure compliance with industry standards. Implement and maintain HSS & ER aspects of Project HSE Management Plans. Participate in HSS & ER risk management workshops. Collaborate with SMEs to support HSS & ER requirements. Facilitate HSS & ER assurance activities, including audits. Assist with hazard and incident management and reporting. Prepare and deliver HSS & ER training sessions. Monitor decommissioning and project operations for compliance. Provide HSS site representation as required. Other duties as directed by the HSE Manager and HSS Team Lead. Qualifications and Experience: Tertiary qualifications in safety, health, or related fields. 3+ years' experience in offshore oil/gas or high risk industry. Knowledge of HSS management systems and WA safety case regimes. Familiar with Commonwealth, State, and Territory HSE legislation. Experience in auditing, investigations, and incident management.
