For an experienced Quality Support Officer to join the team at IntoJobs part of IntoWork Australia. 
This role can be based at our Northcote, Vic or Milton, Qld offices, with hybrid working available & will see you assisting with the development, implementation & ongoing maintenance of our Quality Framework and Quality Management System.

The Role:
As the Quality Support Officer, you will maintain internal quality systems to ensure proactive organisational compliance with relevant legislative and contractual obligations. Your role will include performing internal audits and proactive monitoring to ensure the company consistently delivers the highest degree of quality and compliance across our contracted services.

This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about people and processes, and will see you assisting with the development, implementation and ongoing maintenance of our Quality Framework and Quality Management System.

In this diverse, yet fast-paced role you will exercise a high level of confidentiality, integrity, communication and organisation to ensure all business critical matters are addressed in a timely manner.

The role conducts site and desktop audits and develops operational standards in line with operating requirements, contracts and Deeds. The Quality Support Officer also delivers compliance training to staff and supports the continuous improvement process.

Key accountabilities include: Contributes to the design, development and implementation of Quality processes and proceduresLeads the Quality experience across the Workforce Australia teamDrives quality improvement initiatives and processes to support high quality Workforce Australia ServicesConducts audits in line with the program audit scheduleUndertakes regular desktop and site monitoring activities (internal policies/procedures, contractual compliance)Assists management and leaders to identify non-compliance and works to ensure corrective actions are undertaken should non-compliances existDelivers quality and compliance training to new and existing staffLiaises with internal and external stakeholders including Department of Education, Skills and Employment Contract Managers for the purposes of audits and monitoring and changes to Department requirements. To be successful in this role you will meet the following Key Selection Criteria: Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience within the Employment Services, Training, or a similar type sector is highly desirableA working knowledge of contracted  employment services and applicable quality standards including Right Fit for Risk (RFFR) and the Quality Assurance FrameworkRelevant experience in quality assurance within an employment services or related fieldExperienced in the development of policies and proceduresExperience supporting the design and delivery of training that delivers on operational business needsExperience in stakeholder engagement and managementExperience in the coordination of monitoring and reporting activitiesExperience undertaking monitoring and audit activitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skills and able to adapt style to suit audience.High level of resilience and ability to remain calm and keep a positive attitude when responding to a range of situations.Highly organised, able to multitask whilst keeping to quality standards with accurate attention to detail.Applies initiative with a strong problem solving orientation, continuously seeks ways to find further opportunities to add value.Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team.Ability to effectively conduct Quality and Compliance monitoring, audits and review Benefits:
