$110k - $120k + super + salary packaging

The exciting opportunity: Report into a very experienced Quality and Compliance Manager Ensure the implementation of governance, quality improvement and risk management to meet aged care legislation Provide support to Clinical and Facility Managers helping them identify gaps and create and implement solutions and continuous improvement initiatives Complete monthly reporting on trends, compliance and quality activities Attend aged care accreditation visits, promoting a facility's practices to ensure successful results are achieved Work in collaboration with the Education Coordinator and Clinical Specialist in head office, delivering education on quality management and the strengthened standards What makes this great: Minimal travel – only work across two aged care facilities in Perth's inner suburbs Step away from direct staff management whilst continuing to positively impact the quality of care residents receive Avoid corporate bureaucracy and red tape by joining a small aged care provider Be guided and supported by your dedicated 3D Recruit Career Consultant, assisting with CV creation, interview preparation and career advice $110k - $120k + super + salary packaging About you: Full registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse Quality Specialist, Clinical Manager or Facility Manager experience in residential aged care Collaborative and visible leader with a coaching nature who wants to be part of the solution Excellent knowledge of the aged care legislation, analytically minded, solution oriented and with a proven track record helping facilities achieve accreditation Approachable, compassionate, friendly, skilled at building productive relationships and dedicated to providing exceptional care to residents What next:
