To meet our growing customer demand, we have invested $400 million into a new state-of-the-art manufacturing and distribution facility in Swanbank, Queensland. This site will have the capability to produce up to 20 million cases of drinks annually and incorporates processing, packaging, warehousing and distribution. This site is cutting edge in terms of sustainability and automation and will be our world-class facility leading the way in terms of innovation and setting a benchmark for sustainable technologies and minimizing our carbon footprint in line with our 'Growing for Good' vision.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our inaugural team, creating and embedding our site legacy.
The Opportunity In this role you will an integral part of the Quality team, driving the Quality system and Quality culture.
You will support the Quality Control functions completed by the manufacturing teams, in relation to both raw materials, sensory, blending processes, filling and packaging of finished goods. This is a unique opportunity to work in a brand-new beverage manufacturing facility working with state-of-the-art automated equipment.
What you'll be doing We are looking for someone who is outcomes focused who will be responsible for leading the quality and food safety agenda within the facility. This includes:
Driving compliance to meet all regulatory, customer and company requirements. Monitor inputs and outputs within the facility to ensure process capability and conformance to specifications. Support new product implementation. Coaching, training, and auditing of Manufacturing team including standard checking and calibration of equipment. Support problem solving sessions where quality can add value. Auditing QC, Quality systems and benchmarking quality performance. Leading quality and food safety agenda within the facility. Conduct GMP and GLP audits across site. What you'll bring We're looking for a team player who can demonstrate the following experience:
Degree or Diploma level qualification in science assurance or equivalent discipline Exposure to SPC or similar quality capability/methodology Experience training other team members Good interpersonal and communication skills Strong problem solving Outcome focused approach Experience in food safety standards Unleash your Spirit with Frucor Suntory Working at Frucor Suntory isn't a job, it's a career.
