The National Quality Reviewer Lead primary purpose is to review specialist medical reports to deliver evidenced-based, insightful and helpful medical opinions that are clear, accurate, compliant, and timely to facilitate informed decision-making regarding an individual's health and work outcomes.The role will involve working closely with the National Quality Team to ensure that the business delivers on quality objectives and KPIs.Job Description Key ResponsibilitiesAssist facilitating training sessionsDocumenting process, procedure, and customer guidelinesUpdating KMS with updated quality informationQuality assurance transformation project workLearning & Development – assisting with the development of revised training materialAttendance at monthly Technical and Training MeetingsDevelop and maintain required competency standards within mlcoa's Quality Review FrameworkEnsure currency of knowledge and skills of customer and legislative framework requirementsComplete and remain current with all mlcoa / MedHealth organisational compliance requirementsQualificationsExperience in training delivery and developing training guidelines and presentations or ability to learn with coachingExperience in writing training and procedure guidelines (desirable but not mandatory)Experience in transformation projects or process improvement initiatives (desirable but not mandatory)Experience in leadership roles including in other organisations or on projects transformation (desirable but not mandatory)Exceptionally well-developed emotional and social intelligenceA natural orientation to customer service with a capacity to problem solve to deliver a quality outcome for all key stakeholdersA keen focus on being efficient, productive, and focused with the highest level of attention to detailSuperior verbal and written communication skills including negotiation and influencing skillsA resilient personality with a natural orientation towards solving challenges and working with others positively and respectfullyAdvanced Microsoft Office suite skills.Additional InformationYou are welcome here.Our fast-growing team of more than 3,500 people around Australia represent a huge array of life experiences, skills and ways of thinking.
