About the role Hybrid and remote working arrangements availableFull time (part time options considered)Fixed term to 30 June 2027 (with potential for renewal)$87,841 - $90,587 + 11.5% super + 17.5% annual leave loadingWorking within the Corporate Services Directorate, the Quality, Risk and Compliance Analyst plays a key role in driving operational excellence, building strong relationships, and fostering a culture of innovation, while ensuring risk management, quality, and compliance are of the highest standards. Support the Manager, Quality, Risk and Compliance with developing risk management practices, and consulting with the leadership group to ensure risk management is integrated into decision making and management practices at all levels.
About you You are comfortable engaging senior leaders and collaborating across teams to support the development and delivery of key projects, policies and procedures through a quality, risk, and compliance lens. Your experience should demonstrate an understanding of risk management practices, standards and systems, and the ability to facilitate identification, assessment, management, and reporting of key risks. Working knowledge of legislative requirements applicable to Our Watch as a not-for-profit entity (or demonstrated ability to gain) such as ASIC and ACNC regulations, Privacy Act, National Principles for Child Safe Organisations, Positive Duty, etc. is a plus.
