To learn more, visit our website at www.acretgroup.com.au.Key Responsibilities:Prepare surfaces for painting using equipment such as high-pressure washers, grinders, sanders, and scrapers.Paint surfaces according to customer specifications and project scope.Work safely at heights using ladders, scaffolding, and elevated work platforms.Handle a variety of materials, including coatings, cleaning solvents, fillers, adhesives, barricades, signs, and hazardous waste, in compliance with Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS).Essential Qualifications:White CardDriver's licenseWorking with Children CheckPolice CheckDesirable Qualifications:Working at Heights certificateElevated Work Platform (EWP) license (under and over 11m)Experience operating high-pressure washing machines and paint spraying equipmentFamiliarity with fall restraint and roof kit equipment for working at heightsExperience setting up and dismantling mobile scaffolding up to 4m highStrong hazard identification skills to ensure workplace safetyExcellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlinesWhat We Offer:Competitive salaryA strong commitment to safetyProvision of uniforms and Personal Protective Equipment providedOpportunities for ongoing trainingAfter a trial, a vehicle will be provided
