Our Maintenance and Industrial Services division specialises in the planning, management and execution of maintenance, shutdowns and sustaining capital works. iPipe Services is a specialist in the construction and maintenance of pipelines, wellhead and compression facilities in the oil and gas, mining, and utility sectors. The role of Quality Officer will see you working in our Chinchilla office, reporting to the QAQC Coordinator, and responsible for supporting the implementation of the Monadelphous quality management policy, system, and strategies throughout Central QLD.
Key responsibilities include:
Liaise with internal quality representatives in relation to quality document deliverable requirements Regular contact with Project staff obtaining key information/documents as necessary Develop and review work packs to ensure quality, accuracy, and completeness. Regular contact with Quality staff regarding quality management Undertake inspections of materials, products, or work outputs for quality, accuracy, and compliance; respond quickly to correct quality non-conformance Lead and coordinate the delivery of quality services to customers including audits, training, and compliance; build long-term relationships with customers. Organise information into reports and upload onto quality databases as required; assist with the consolidation and verification of documentation and respond to requests for current information. Work cooperatively with the wider team to accomplish group goals. Why Us?

Minimum 3 years' experience in an office administration position Previous experience in working in the resources, engineering, construction, or maintenance industry in a Quality role (highly regarded) An understanding of quality systems, processes, audits and general requirements for the construction and maintenance industries, including ISO:9001 and its application Ability to obtain relevant information, identify key issues & relationships, compare data from different sources and identify cause-effect relationships Advanced written communication skills with the ability to prepare plans, technical instructions & reports Sound computer skills with the ability to use MS Office suite, and other relevant software confidently and effectively.
