With circa 25 staff, the business is about to expand and export globally, requiring an SQF-exposed Quality Manager to enable this growth.DescriptionReporting into the General Manager, you will oversee the quality department (covering assurance and control).
You will have 1 report and cover everything quality-related from traceability exercises, non-conformance, auditing, labeling, and ensure all products are completed on-time as per Quality Schedule.
You will:Lead NCR activities in a customer-facing role.Review specifications and labels for country requirements and compliance.Conduct specification reviews and lead internal audits to the SQF standard.Train, coach, and motivate subordinate staff, working closely with production operators on site.Enable the business to embark on its growth strategy to ensure right-first-time quality.ProfileYou are a Quality Manager with a breadth of experience leading businesses through SQF accreditations.
You will have experience gained from within food or drinks manufacturing and ideally hold a tertiary qualification in food science (or a related field).
