THE OPPORTUNITY If you're ready to drive change, work in a fast-paced environment, and are excited by the chance to travel nationally and internationally, this role is for you.
As Quality Manager, you'll uphold the highest standards across our operations, ensure compliance with industry certifications, and collaborate closely with both local and global suppliers. You'll lead continuous improvement initiatives to make quality and excellence top priorities.
Key Responsibilities: Ensure compliance and certification with ISO9001, HACCP, and Sedex. Develop and maintain internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Create and manage product and supplier quality audit regimes. Address customer quality and compliance requests within 24 hours. Conduct quality assessments and implement protocols to meet WHS standards. Travel to national and international company sites to oversee supplier quality. Conduct risk assessments and address potential quality issues. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence. Track and report quality performance, using data-driven insights for improvements. Provide training and support on quality policies and best practices. ABOUT YOU You're a detail-oriented Quality professional with a results-driven mindset and a keen eye for excellence. Managing deadlines and meeting stringent quality standards come naturally to you, and your exceptional communication skills and tech-savvy approach allow you to lead confidently across the business.
To be successful, you will need: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Quality-focused role. Strong leadership and motivational skills to uphold quality standards. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize deadlines without compromising quality. Expertise in conducting quality assessments and implementing preventative measures. Comfort working with diverse stakeholders, including internal teams, suppliers, and regulatory bodies. Intermediate to advanced IT skills, with experience in Office 365 and ERP systems. Knowledge of ISO9001, HACCP, and Sedex standards. Willingness to travel both nationally and internationally as needed. Meticulous attention to detail in all processes, audits, and documentation.
