The Sunnyfield Employment Services division offers TG commercial packaging and assembly solutions for local, national, and international brands whilst creating employment opportunities for people with disability. In addition, our employment programs support School Leavers with new experiences, opportunities and skills for life and work through multiple training centres.
A rare opportunity exists for an experienced Quality Manager to join our team, reporting to the Quality & Employment Services Manager.
Key Focus
Effective day to day management of the Quality Management System, to ensure high product quality in accordance with customer specifications.
Lead and collaborate in a dynamic team environment with flexibility and a strong sense of ownership.
Undertake program audits as required and coordinate relevant external customers and third-party audits.
Ensure that regular inspections of all clean room areas and monitor compliance.
Check and monitor quality assurance systems.
Ensure all required quality records and forms are filled in promptly and accurately.
About You
You have a proven quality background gained within FMCG, Pharmaceutical or Manufacturing with demonstrated experience achieving operational excellence. Experience in therapeutic products Quality Management or Production Management experience (Primary and Secondary packaging methodologies and compliance). You're determined to make a positive difference to clients' lives, your team, and your local community!
Current knowledge of cGMP, APVMA, HACCP and Halal regulatory requirements. Experience in development, implementation and maintenance of a Quality Management System. Awareness and implementation of safe work practices in accordance with WHS legislation. Exceptional people skills to work effectively across a variety of operational areas to build strong collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
