Lead quality initiatives, collaborate with global teams, and ensure the highest standards across development, construction, and operations. Job Description Lead the development and implementation of initiatives to enhance quality standards across all phases of energy asset delivery, from development to operations. Lead the management and continual improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring alignment with global standards and accreditation requirements. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality-related challenges, driving process enhancements and mitigating risks. Conduct thorough audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior management. Serve as a primary point of contact for quality-related matters, facilitating communication and knowledge-sharing between local and global teams.
Required Skills and Competencies S trong background in Quality Assurance, with extensive business experience, including significant time in a Quality role. You possess tertiary qualifications in HSEQ or a related field, coupled with a strong understanding of quality management systems and ISO accreditation requirements.You excel in working collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels, fostering teamwork and driving alignment towards common quality objectives.You demonstrate a proactive and results-oriented approach, thriving in dynamic environments where you can take ownership and drive meaningful change.
