An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Quality Manager to join the company.Skills and Qualifications:Minimum of 4 years experience as a Quality Manager at a mid to senior level, managing a team of Quality delegates, with a thorough understanding of GMP, Quality standards and processes.Proven experience in cosmetic manufacturing and/or food industry; experience in pharmaceutical cGMP is highly regarded.A formal academic background in science/pharmaceutical/food technology is desired and highly regarded.Decisive, confident and with an ability to lead quality change throughout the business areas.Ability to liaise with customers and stakeholders with a quality focus in mind.Role Responsibilities:Create a strong and reliable Quality Assurance department by implementing clearly defined processes, procedures and policies, designed to assure the highest quality for all products manufactured at AMK Formulations.As a member of AMK Formulations Leadership Team, advise the team of changes, issues and improvements relating to both quality and regulatory.Assure compliance with regulatory requirements, customer requirements and product & raw material specifications.Manage the company's QMS, quality and GMP accreditations, including but not limited to QMS ISO 9001, ISO GMP 22716, ACO (Australian Certified Organic).Conduct Internal and External audits in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO GMP 22716.Manage product specifications, product formulations, QC standards and QC testing of raw materials, bulk products and finished goods including microbiology testing with external laboratory.Manage Non-Conformances and quality investigations for non-conforming products and processes including Customer Complaints investigations.Be able to follow and uphold our core company values listed below:ProfessionalismRespectfulChallenge yourself and processes for continual improvementWork EthicIf you feel you are ready to be part of our fast growing and dynamic team, please send your resume and cover letter detailing your relevant experience to ******.
