Qualifications:Bachelor of Early Childhood, Diploma or equivalent as approved by ACECQAQualification in auditing or compliance (desirable, not essential)Experience and skills:Demonstrated extensive experience in auditing, compliance and/or risk assurancePrevious demonstrated experience in developing compliance and/or policy frameworkPrevious demonstrated experience in complaint handling and investigationsWorking knowledge of the ISO 19600 ComplianceKnowledge or previous experience within the early learning sector is desirableWorking knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Framework including the Education and Care Services Law (Queensland) and Education and Care National RegulationsExcellent written, presentation and interpersonal communication skillsCommitment to working within the purpose and values of the Uniting Church in Australia, Queensland Synod and adhering to the policies, organisational requirements and processesAdditional requirements:Suitability Card for Child Related Employment (Blue Card) – All adults who work with people under 18 years in Queensland are required to undergo a "Working with Children Check" under the screening provisions of the Commission for Children and Young People Act (2000).
Presentation of a current Suitability Card must be made before appointment to the position can be confirmedNational Criminal History Check to be provided and assessed every three years.
