EnerMech is currently seeking to engage a Quality Manager for our Operations in Australia. - Based between Perth CBD and Henderson.

The Opportunity:
EnerMech is currently seeking to engage a Quality Manager for our Operations in Australia. Reporting to the operations manager. This integral position will provide technical expertise in the field of inspection and nondestructive testing, training and general development of in-house capability and authority on all matters related to NDT.

The primary purpose of this position is to be responsible for the establishment and delivery of company systems, procedures, and processes for quality control and assurance, ensuring compliance to relevant Standards and Stakeholder requirements. This includes but is not limited to planning, development and implementation of project quality system and management of the day-to-day project quality performance. Provides expertise and specialist advice to the Integrity Solutions operations team and performs related duties as assigned. Provides support to the Integrity Solutions project teams in delivering quality objectives and goals.

Develop and implement effective Quality Management processes and take responsibility for implementing and updating, as and when required.Promote quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the Integrity Solutions project teams.
• Support the Integrity Solutions bid team to interpret and comply with project Quality Management systemsProviding technical expertise in matters related to inspection and NDTWork in conjunction with the companies NATA Technical ControllerInterfacing with regional offices, business areas and business support Develop project technical / QA plans and ensuring their implementation. 22nd April, 2024 . Degree or diploma in chemical or mechanical engineering is desirable but not essential. Qualifications from the following institutions will be accepted - AINDT / BINDT / CSWIP Full knowledge of AS 17025 and AS 9001 quality systems and requirements. Knowledge of AS 17020 would be an advantage. Candidate must possess minimum Level 3 qualifications in at least 4 of the following disciplines:
o Radiographic Testing (RT)
o Ultrasonic Testing (UT)
o Dye Penetrant Testing (PT)
o Magnetic Particle Testing (MT)
o Eddy Current Testing (ET)
o Phased Array (PA)
