Their substantial landbank, coupled with a pipeline of innovative projects, positions them strongly for current and future property cycles. We are currently seeking a Development Graduate to become a Development Officer with this esteemed team. The role: Assist in project coordination and support, working with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants. Conduct market research and analysis to inform project decisions and strategies. Assist in financial tasks such as budgeting, forecasting, and project feasibilities analysis. Ensure regulatory compliance and permitting for development projects. Liaise with clients, investors, and stakeholders, providing updates and maintaining positive relationships. Assist in contract administration and management. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality standards. You will ideally have completed a degree in property, planning, engineering, commerce, or a related discipline. Strong organizational skills, effective communication, financial acumen, and attention to detail are essential for this role.
