Quality Inspector - Level IV Description We are looking for a talented Quality Inspector to join our team to support our Scoresby, VIC branch.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Ensure products received or produced meet technical specifications, trains others and assists in process development.
Conducts root cause analysis on non-conforming products and implements corrective actions.
Verifies the final quality of products on the production line.
Develops and maintains quality control plans and inspection procedures.
Coordinates with suppliers to resolve quality issues and ensures that incoming materials meet specifications.
Leads quality improvement projects and cross-functional teams to enhance product quality Documents products that do not meet technical specifications using specified systems.
Provides regular training sessions on quality standards and continuous improvement techniques to the production team.
Monitors and analyses quality trends, preparing detailed reports and presenting findings to senior management.
Assists in the development of new methods and procedures.
Acts as a liaison between the production floor and management to address and resolve quality-related concerns promptly.
