Quality Information Management Coordinator

Quality Information Management Coordinator Future Generation Joint Venture (FGJV) is the principal contractor for Snowy Hydro's Snowy 2.0, Australia's largest committed renewable energy project.
We bring the combined engineering expertise of three companies - Italy's Webuild (formerly Salini Impregilo), Australian-based Clough and US-based Lane Construction.

Purpose of the Role:
Responsible for coordination of Information Management and Handover activities.

Qualifications:
Recognised tertiary qualifications within a relevant field of study, preferred but not essential.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Administration.
White Card.
Experience:
15+ years of experience in Information Management, Document Control, and Handover.
Experience working on large-scale projects (Oil and Gas, Mining, Infrastructure).
Expert knowledge of EDMS systems and good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Acrobat, etc.
Process-oriented.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across different levels.
Sound interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively.
Ability to work to deadlines and targets and can prioritise tasks under pressure.
Flexible and adaptable.
Good organisational skills and able to pay attention to detail.
Ability to manage personal stress.
Core Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
Coordinate the document control function for all in-bound and out-bound official department related documents and files.
Coordinate Aconex Remediation activities.
Coordinate interface between Cooma and Site Document Controllers.
Assist in coordination of handover Acuities.
Prepare monthly reports to internal management.
Work closely with Document and Handover Manager to prepare department forecasts.
