Reporting to the Quality and Food Safety Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring all activities and tasks are carried out in line with set standards that allow for continuity of Production, Quality and Safety compliance. The role is a permanent night shift position working 10pm – 6am, Sunday - Thursday.What you'll be responsible for:Working collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement of quality processes, support audits, ensure compliance.Under direction from the senior Quality and Food Safety Manager and Quality and Food Safety Supervisor, support the development and ongoing maintenance of the Food Safety & Quality System.Assisting QA management to drive site GMP compliance and improvement.Providing, developing and conducting training programs in food safety and quality processes.Conducting internal and supporting external audits.Conducting HACCP reviews.Managing non-complying finished product and raw materials.Investigating consumer complaints and reporting findings.Reviewing and updating Standard Operating Procedures.Assisting the production team with technical support and compliance.Supporting product development trials and new product launches.Supporting during annual and unplanned leave.Analysing and trending data to assist in RCAs, troubleshooting and solving quality issues in Operations.What you'll bring to the role?Qualified with a relevant qualification (ie: Food Science, Science).Experience in HACCP.Minimum 2 years quality experience.Experience in Internal Auditing.Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship building skills.Exceptional organisational, time management and planning skills.What can you expect in return?A supportive working environment (with plenty of snacks on hand!) where you'll feel engaged and valued, career growth and mentoring opportunities, Birthday Leave, access to discounts on retailers, onsite parking (including electric car charging stations) and a focus on health and wellness (like Wellbeing Days!) to make your workplace more enjoyable!If you have the experience we are looking for and you wish to join a company where you can have pride and passion in what you do, please APPLY NOW and submit your application form below!
