Key Responsibilities: Lead quality engineering efforts for EIT and E2E SIT projects, ensuring robust testing processes and high-quality software delivery. Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and create comprehensive test plans. Develop and execute automated tests using Appium and TDD Java, ensuring thorough test coverage and efficient test execution. Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing. Monitor and report on testing progress, quality metrics, and product performance. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure cutting-edge testing methodologies are applied.
