Your RoleThe Sourcing Specialist for Raw Materials (APAC) will be responsible for Chemicals, Filtration, Single Use Technology, Labs & Manufacturing Supplies in APAC region, supporting across the CSL global enterprise.As a member of the Global Directs Materials & External Supply Strategic Sourcing team you will be the representative of the Regional Raw Materials team, in developing and implementing sourcing strategies that underpin our global approach to deliver value and protect final product availability for our Patients.Your ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Regional Category Manager - Chemicals, Fluids & Filtration you will ensure continuous and responsible supply to our production sites in Broadmeadows, Parkville, Tullamarine, and supporting lab and R&D facilities in the region including:Site delivery and performance across the entire portfolio of raw material categoriesSolicit and analyse requests for proposals, negotiate contracts, and coordinate supplier integration plans with internal clientsEstablish a supplier relationship management process with continuous improvement programmesPartner with internal clients and partners to identify sourcing needs, conduct buyer/market profiles, share marketplace trends, share best practices, and define acceptable service levels.Review projects to understand internal client needs, savings opportunities, project deliverablesEnsure clear objectives and sourcing strategies in the reduction of the total cost of ownership and risk, while increasing innovation, sustainability, customer service, compliance and quality.Manage Supply Performance KPIs and conducting regular Operational Reviews as per Procurement's Governance processesParticipate in global transformation projects and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure the delivery of targeted benefitsYour ExperienceBachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Communications, or equivalent3-5 years' procurement/supply management experience, within the pharmaceutical industry or related regulated industry preferred but not essentialCollaboration skills and demonstrable experience influencing peers and key stakeholdersCategory Management, Strategic Sourcing, and Supplier Relationship Management knowledge, including experience supporting a tender process for good / service negotiationsTo apply submit your CV no later than Monday 10th June 2024#LI-HybridOur BenefitsWe encourage you to make your well-being a priority.It's important and so are you.
