Central Adelaide Local Health Network, Adelaide Salary ASO-5 $84,522 - $94,003 p.a.Full-time temporary up to 6 months About the role The role of the Quality Coordinator / Projects for Outpatients is to coordinate and provide a range of functions and services which support the leadership and senior clinical roles within the Clinical Programs (CP) to manage the Safety and Quality plan for the clinical program. The Quality Coordinator will work within the CP, and will be responsible for coordinating the:
Management of the Safety Learning System, adverse incidents, and associated reporting of incidents Quality Management Committee papers Collation of Mortality Review meeting reports, Central Clinical Audit program as it relates to the CP Timely review of relevant organisation wide instructions Collation, analysis and reporting on key performance indicatorsThe role is responsible for provision of quality data for the CP, maintenance of the CP Risk, recommendation and Quality Improvement Registers, and supporting accreditation readiness of the CP.
The Quality Coordinator will also assist the OPD Leadership team for the outcomes of a range of projects directed from the Outpatients senior leadership team across the Central Adelaide Health Local Health Network (CALHN) Outpatient and Ambulatory care services.
The role will work closely with the senior leadership team of Outpatients to ensure change plans are integrated with project delivery plans and an improved, efficient delivery of patient care for CALHN OPD.
