We are looking for a proactive and driven Quality Coordinator to focus on maintaining quality and compliance across our full project portfolio in Melbourne. You will ensure that our Quality processes and systems are consistently implemented, as well as ensuring quality outcomes onsite. You will embody an Inspirational approach to work. What you will do:
Monitor project team and subcontractor compliance to our Quality Management System (QMS), procedures, and applicable standards, including ISO 9001Complete quality inspections, reporting on the findings and following up on the implementation of corrective actionsAssist with internal and external quality auditsEnsure all required documentation is maintained in line with our QMSReview subcontractor quality documentation and their conformance to Inspection Test Plans (ITPs)Produce monthly quality reports for managementProvide training to staff and subcontractors regarding quality processes and standardsAssisting junior members to learn and grow their understanding of building quality outcomesDevelop and drive continuous improvement initiatives throughout our companyCollaborate with internal departments to maintain the most efficient and streamlined processesWhat you will bring:
A passion for the Construction industry and delivering a high Quality outcome5+ years' experience in a similar quality role on construction projects, or a closely related fieldThorough working knowledge of AS/NZS ISO 9001 standard and other relevant legislationBe agile with Digital platforms, Microsoft O365 and ITP Management SystemsExcellent stakeholder management, consultation, facilitation, negotiation, collaboration and task management skillsWe are Driven to offer you a great career and benefits.
