This role will see you working Monday to Friday (9 day fortnight), reporting to the QGC Midstream Turnaround and Campaign Manager.The Quality Coordinator will support the QGC Midstream Turnarounds function by coordinating quality turnaround related works.Working with Monadelphous offers many benefits, some of which include:Be home every night while living and working locallyOpportunity for growth and career developmentEngaging and diverse work across long term contractsSafety and wellbeing at the forefront of our cultureKey Responsibilities include:Actively communicating and contributing towards a positive quality cultureWorking with Turnaround Leads to identify improvement opportunities and drive to implement plans to achieve Flawless TAR deliveryCoordinating the management of Flawless delivery, from kick off through to close out, working closely with the Quality Sponsors, Captains and Action OwnersCoordinating Lessons Learnt record, including communication and tracking with relevant stakeholdersMaintaining and monitoring Quality systems and proceduresWorking with the TAR planner for the completions process of TAR scopes and work packsLeading Quality workshops and coordinating Quality trainingProviding updates during the TAR review audit on progressCommunicating delivery progress to the Turnaround Team and Steering CommitteeWhat you will bring:Previous experience working in the resources sector in a quality roleAn understanding of quality systems, processes, audits and general requirements for the construction and maintenance industriesConfident user of MS Office Suite, with previous experience working in SAP or Maximo (highly regarded)Well-developed communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skillsA motivated and proactive approach to quality management and reportingThe ability to obtain relevant information, identify key issues and relationships, compare data from different sources and identify cause-effect relationshipsA clear commitment to maintaining a safe working environmentProof of right to work in AustraliaLife at Monadelphous:We celebrate our diversity and shared values and are committed to inclusion and equal opportunities for all.
