Quality Controller- 4 On 4 Off Days

Market Leading Food Manufacturer now looking to recruit...BASED MAGHULLShift pattern is 4 on 4 off. 5.30am - 5.30pm. 10.5 hours per day + 1.5 hour unpaid breaks.ROLEAs a member of the Technical team, the Quality Controller contributes to the successful operation of the Quality Control function on site. This includes the following functions: Production monitoring and control in accordance with customer specifications, various regulatory and certification bodies and Customer Codes of Practice, Environmental and product monitoring.Key Responsibilities:Monitoring the processing of raw materials to create finished products in accordance with established specificationsThe packing of cooked or raw product into sealed retail ready packagingThermal processing of raw product in accordance with the Company HACCP planThe packing of cooked product into retail ready modified atmosphere packagingTo continually improve processes and standards within the facilityUphold Quality Standards throughout the factoryQuality Checks on goods producedCANDIDATEYou must have previous experience working in Quality Control/Quality Assurance within the Food Manufacturing sector. You will have good communication skills and you will be ready to work well as part of a team. Exposure to BRC and HACCP standards would be desirable.Pay: £15.24 per hourSalary: £29,123 per annum
