Your responsibilities will include: Conducting routine and specialized tests on powder coating samples to evaluate their properties and performance.Preparing and documenting test samples, ensuring accuracy and compliance with safety standards.Collaborating with the production team to troubleshoot issues and optimize coating processes.Assisting in the development of new powder formulations and improving existing products.Maintaining laboratory equipment and ensuring cleanliness and organisation of the lab space.Our ideal candidate will: Must be able to undergo a drug screening and clean criminal background history.Possess a high attention to detail, especially with weights (able to convert from grams to kilograms).Be proactive, and able to work unsupervised.
