ResponsibilitiesMaintain, monitor compliance and seek improvement of the Project Management System and systems for data, document and record management (Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) [IBM Maximo];Monitor non-conformance reporting process for trends and be involved in identification, reporting and investigation for rectification ensuring dispositions, remedial solutions and corrective actions are effectively implemented;Assist in the preparation, review and completion of work packages, ensuring conformance reviews are conducted on all internal and deliverable documentation and product prior to the items being released to the customer;Reviewing subcontractors' quality documentation and ensuring they fulfil quality management system obligations;Attend Supply Chain and Procurement progress meetings, providing input for the Quality Risk Assessments and QC Requirements;Perform regular quality process control audits (conducting surveillance and witnessing of formal testing (factory acceptance testing and first article inspection)), random verification checks and handover inspections to ensure compliance to project specifications and standards, where required, and recommend improvements;Assist the HSEQ Manager in conducting the project audit program in accordance with the approved audit schedule;Assist project personnel with training in the Defence Solutions Information Management System (DSIMS) {MS SharePoint], WFSA DG management system and other applicable quality systems;Drive the close out of manufacturing, production, assembly, supply chain and procurement Quality Issues; andDrafting of Quality Alerts, lesson learned and reports as required.Key Requirements =10 years post graduate experience and as a minimum 5 years as Quality Engineer in an engineering environment (preferably Oil and Gas, Manufacturing, Construction or Defence industry).Specialist experience in project engineering (mechanical) and a working knowledge of project management.Competent in Quality Planning and Reporting.Ability to interpret specifications and engineering drawingsSound working knowledge of Health Safety and Environment requirements and implementation of same.Exposure/experience with Enterprise Requirements/Materials Requirements Planning (ERP/MRP), Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) tools [IBM Maximo, SAP].As a Defence security clearance maybe required for this role, applicants must be Australian citizens and either possess or be eligible to obtain and maintain appropriate clearances).#LI-YY1Please note that by submitting an employment application you consent to World Fuel Services processing your information for this role and potentially for future employment opportunities, in accordance with applicable laws.
