We're hiring a newly created Quality Control Manager to play a pivotal role in ensuring our services meet the highest quality standards by monitoring construction activities, inspecting installations, and verifying adherence to design specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
This full-time permanent role can be based in Sydney, Brisbane, Victoria, Adelaide, or Perth.

What you will be doing: Quality Assurance: Monitor all phases of Wireless telecommunications infrastructure construction projects to ensure compliance with project plans, technical specifications, and industry standards. Site Inspections: Conduct regular on-site inspections of construction activities, including tower installations and equipment installations, to verify quality, accuracy, and adherence to design requirements. Quality Audit Framework and Control Checks: Perform quality control checks on materials, equipment, and workmanship to identify defects, deviations from specifications, and potential safety hazards, and take corrective actions as necessary. Training and Development: Develop internal standards that consolidate and clarify Client requirements and train delivery teams to drive FTR outcomes. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and quality control activities, and prepare detailed reports documenting findings, non-conformities, and corrective actions taken. Compliance Assurance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, building codes, safety standards, and industry best practices, and collaborate with regulatory authorities & third-party inspectors as needed. About you: Previous experience in Telecommunications mobile wireless sector is essential. A background in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Quality Management. Ability to conduct training on quality control processes and procedures. Demonstrated auditing skills. Sound organisational, communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
