About the role
This full-time Quality Control & Data Officer role, reporting to the Procurement Lead, will play a key part in maintaining and improving the quality standards of our products.
The role is integral to the ongoing success of al.ive body, ensuring quality control and improvement are paramount, while maintaining accurate data to ensure compliance with organisational standards and regulatory requirements.
This position will be responsible for the areas of:
Quality ControlQuality ImprovementData ManagementData ReportingCollaboration/ RelationshipsKey Responsibilities: Conduct quality control inspections and testsEnsure all quality control processes and documentation are completed accurately and on timeAnalyse quality data and generate reports to identify trends and areas for improvementCollaborate with research and development and operations departments to resolve quality issues, recommend corrective actions, and lead the implementation of preventive measures and corrective actionsMaintain detailed records of all quality control activitiesSupport continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency and productivityProvide training and guidance to staff on quality control best practicesMaintain and update databases with accurate and up-to-date informationCollect and document data on product quality, defects, and process performanceBuild effective collaborative relationships with quality service providers and suppliers both domestically and internationallyEssential Skills, Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in quality management or similar certification preferredMinimum 3 years' experience in a quality control or assurance role, preferably with experience in skincare, home, beauty, fashion, and/or FMCG sectorsKnowledge of Quality Control Standards and TechniquesExcellent data analysis, problem-solving and critical thinking skillsStrong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressureProven experience in implementing quality control systems and proceduresExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsHow To Apply To learn more about al.ive body, visit Alivebody.com.au Please provide a letter of application and curriculum vitae.
