Quality Assurance & Control (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)Full timeThe Quality Control Coordinator ensures the site's Quality Management System (QMS) is maintained and supports operations to produce quality products.Key duties include:Maintaining the QMS in line with the Integrated Management System (IMS)Ensuring ISO 9001 Certification is maintainedSupporting operations to meet and exceed quality standardsLeading continuous improvement initiativesResponsibilitiesQuality Management System (QMS):Manage audit schedules, conduct independent audits, and ensure compliance with quality processesRepresent the site during external auditsMaintain the calibration register and Non-Conformance RegisterEnsure compliance with supplier requirements for raw materialsEnsure ISO 9001 accreditation is maintainedSite Operations:Report on and analyse quality KPIs, driving improvements and corrective actionsEnsure adherence to production processes and quality standardsFacilitate Root Cause Analyses for quality issuesAttend management meetings, report on site quality performanceGeneral:Lead and manage improvement initiativesProject manage minor capital projects and lead trials for improvementsChampion the Fit 4 Future programProvide leadership, guidance, and training to teams to meet targetsSupport quality testing, inspections, and reportingEnsure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental proceduresExperience:QA experience in manufacturing (e.g., concrete, food, industrial, mineral processing)Experience with ISO 9001 Quality Management SystemsSkills & Abilities:Preferred tertiary qualifications in a relevant engineering disciplineExpertise in quality processes, statistical techniques, and measurement equipmentAdvanced knowledge of safety, quality principles, and manufacturing proceduresStrong communication, organisational, and time management skillsProficient in Microsoft OfficeAbout FIP GroupFIP Group is an Australian owned specialist recruitment and workforce management company with both local and international talent solutions.
