Job DescriptionRandstad has an opportunity for a Quality Control and Production Test Manager to work with a great team producing a high volume of FMCG goods.
In this role, you will utilise your skills in quality assurance through various testing intervals for the lifespan of production.
Working in a facility that operates 24 hours per day, you will confidently deliver your skills from environmental, chemical or medical testing, quality control, and your attention to detail, ensuring consistency of end product and accurate reporting throughout.
Quality Control and Production Manager Duties: Safe lifting of production materials of up to 25kg.Ensure general site and equipment cleanliness and sanitation parameters are consistently met.Using the equipment provided, ensure accuracy is met in all production stages.Analyse yield and efficiency during production with regular and accurate reporting measures.Lead by example for all operational and WHS practices.Monitor risk and site operations liaising with external teams and contractors as required.The Successful Candidate: Previous experience in a laboratory, chemical or medical testing environment (or similar).Excellent communication and reporting skills.High attention to detail and an ability to monitor for consistency.Experience in FMCG Production is highly regarded.Availability for an attractive fortnightly roster covering 24 hours per day, including occasional weekends.What's in it for you?
