As a Quality Co-Ordinator at the Steinhardt Group - incorporating businesses Farmfresh Fine Foods Pty Ltd & Macadamias Australia Enterprises Pty Ltd, you will play a vital role in ensuring the high standards of our food production processes. Based in Bundaberg, QLD, this full-time position will see you overseeing all aspects of quality assurance and control across our manufacturing operations.
What you'll be doing Implementing and maintaining robust quality control systems and procedures in line with FSSC22000Conducting regular audits and inspections to identify and address non-conformitiesAnalysing production data and quality metrics to identify opportunities for improvementProviding training and guidance to production staff on quality best practicesLiaising with suppliers and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with all relevant standards and guidelinesDocumenting and reporting on quality-related activities and outcomesWhat we're looking for Substantial experience in a quality assurance or quality control role, ideally within the food manufacturing industryStrong working knowledge of quality management systems and lean manufacturing principlesExcellent problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skillsProficient in using data analysis tools and quality control softwareExceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levelsTertiary qualification in a relevant field such as food science, engineering or quality managementWhat we offer We pride ourselves on providing a supportive and rewarding work environment.
