Join us at our Huntingwood facility as a Quality Assurance Technician with Asahi Beverages, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Your contributions will directly impact the satisfaction of our staff and customers, as well as the efficiency and reputation of our operations.
Key Responsibilities Coordinate the collection and dispatch of routine microbiological testing samples.
Conduct laboratory testing and calibration activities.
Receipt and reconcile raw Alcohol for ATO reporting.
Manage the ordering of lab consumables.
Support site internal and external audit programs to ensure compliance with site, national, and customer requirements.
Monitor ATP, micro results and other necessary tests for CIP and cleaning verification.
Drive continuous improvement in cleaning, sanitation, and microbiological compliance, leading relevant projects to meet objectives.
Provide operational excellence line support and troubleshooting.

Our ideal candidate will possess: Certificate qualifications in Food Technology, Microbiology, or a similar discipline.
2-3 years of experience in quality assurance roles is advantageous.
Experience in the FMCG/Food manufacturing industry is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in relationship management.
Well-developed project management abilities.
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Experience in change management.
