About The Opportunity An exciting opportunity exists for a Quality Assurance Team Leader to join Programmed, ensuring the quality of audits conducted under the Housing ACT Facility Management contract.
You will be responsible for updating the Annual Quality Assurance Plan, reviewing the internal QA framework, and driving compliance across subcontractor performance. Your role involves conducting regular spot checks, targets audits, and preparing detailed reports with risk analysis and recommendations for improvement.
This role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders to carry out audits, address client complaints and ensure compliance with contractual obligations and ISO 9001 standards. You will be a key point of contact for inquiries and oversee the quality of field audits and investigations to ensure timely conflict resolution and client satisfaction.
