Job Description About the opportunity
We have an opening for a Quality Assurance Analyst to join our Delivery team on a full time, ongoing basis. This role is based in our head office with hybrid working options available. The Quality Assurance Analyst supports the delivery of quality software releases and enhancements through the identification, development & execution of manual and automated test scenarios and the production of test artefacts.

As the ideal candidate, you'll need to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
Minimum 3 years' experience in software testing Strong understanding of testing frameworks and the SDLC Experience in developing and maintaining test cases via test case management software, e.g. TestRail Experience performing system, integration, and regression testing Experience coordinating test activities e.g. UAT, and managing defect resolution Experience working within an Application Lifecycle Management tool e.g. Azure DevOps, Jira Excellent collaborator, with strong written and verbal communication skills Able to work effectively and flexibly in a changing environment Highly desirable:
Private Health Insurance industry experience Experience in implementing automation testing solutions Experience in automated testing and scripting tools, e.g. Selenium, Protractor Experience with API testing and API automation, e.g. Postman Experience working with databases, tables, and stored procedures. e.g. SQL Server Experience with CI/CD pipelines e.g. Azure Devops, Bamboo, TeamCity ISTQB certification If you believe you would be a great fit to the role but don't quite tick all of the boxes, we encourage you to apply.
