We strive to create a supportive environment for our students and staff to achieve their goals.With GOTAFE by your side, YOU'VE GOT THIS.Job detailsAs the Quality Assurance Officer at GOTAFE, you will lead the coordination of validation and compliance processes, ensuring that we meet the required standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs). You will support educational staff in preparing for audits, develop and maintain quality assurance systems, and foster continuous improvement practices that enhance the student experience. This is a pivotal role for someone dedicated to upholding high standards of education delivery and compliance.As the successful candidate you will have:Knowledge of the VET Quality Framework, ASQA standards, and VET Funding Contracts.Proven experience in coordinating validation processes and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.Excellent communication and training skills, with the ability to provide high-level guidance to staff on compliance matters.Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.Ability to work collaboratively across departments to support quality assurance initiatives and audit preparations.A relevant tertiary qualification and/or experience.If you are successful in this role you will be required to provide:A current Police Check (date of issue is to be no more than 6 months prior to commencement date)A current Working with Children Check - Employee (or proof of application)A current Driver's Licence (Car).The salary range for this position is $108,038-$117,689 under the GOTAFE Enterprise PACCT Agreement 2023.How to ApplyTo download the position description, apply for the role, or find more information, please visit our Careers Centre at www.gotafe.vic.edu.au/about-us/working-with-usFor further information regarding this opportunity, please contact ****** close: 4th December 2024 (Applications will be reviewed as they are received)What sets us apart as an employer?A positive, supportive culture is the key to our ensuring our staff have everything they need to carry out their roles.
