The Opportunity: We are seeking an individual who is driven by an environment where quality is paramount. The Quality Assurance Officer's responsibility is to support and assist the Senior QA Officer in activities under the Quality Assurance Framework.
This role will involve working with research project operation staff and researchers supporting administration and implementation of compliance, risk management and data quality within our databases and software programs.
Ultimately, this role provides administration support, development and maintenance of website, data quality check and documentation of our internal audit process.
Our Successful Candidate: Tertiary qualification in a health-related or science fieldHave at least 2-3 years' experience in administration and coordination in research or health environment or similarStrong general administration skills, attention to detail and good time managementStrong interpersonal verbal and written communication skills, including ability to work with staff of all levels.Experience in managing quality data cleaning and reportingGood computer knowledge and skills with experience in using various tools, applications, and systems, including webpage design.Proven proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and the InternetAbility to be flexible and adaptable in the face of changing organisational priorities and ambiguous environmentsKnowledge of ICH-GCPExperience with Power BISome experience in quality assurance and risk management preferably in the research environment.Understanding of internal and external audit processesThe closing date for applications is Friday 8 November 2024 at 11:59pm AEST.
