AO4 Business Assurance Officer 3 months + possible extension $54.34 + super per hour Queensland State Government Chermside ASAP Start Utilise your knowledge across quality assurance and internal auditing as a Business Assurance Officer where you will report to the Business Assurance Coordinator in delivering ongoing improvements.
Your duties will include: Facilitation of on-going development, improvement, and implementation of enhancements to department-wide policies, processes, and procedures to enhance operational efficiency, performance, and customer experience.
Provide advice and guidance to both staff and supplier organisations concerning all facets of quality management implementation and operation.
Promote better operational practices in preventing complaints through effective communication formats such as newsletters.
Provide monthly reporting to management Facilitate meetings to provide guidance on complaints management process.
Conduct complex complaints investigations with clients and members of the public as requested by senior management.
Assist in the advancing of the internal business assurance within the department, through undertaking the assessment of process conformance, performance management, reliability of management reporting and effectiveness of key controls.
You The successful candidate will have experience in internal auditing, quality assurance or compliance.
You will be able to demonstrate the following: Prior experience in interal auditing, quality assurance of compliance High attention to detail Proven ability to understand the relationship between the business systems, the end user operations and the interacting processes and procedures and ensure the delivery of high-quality business assurance activities.
Possesses high level and advanced written communication including group presentation skills Proven ability to prepare documentation using appropriate communication styles.
