Under the guidance of the Device Care Centre Lead, the Quality Assurance Manager will take a leadership role in executing effective and efficient quality management for our Auburn operations. The Quality Assurance Manager will maintain effective quality management of Assurant's products and services, including repair and refurbishment of mobile devices, tablets, and other electronics products. Defining and implementing quality management and audit strategies. Identifying fault trends and initiating necessary improvement actions. Liaising with repair vendors, manufacturers, customer service business units, and operations. Develop, implement, document, and monitor quality standards, processes, and controls. Track and report trends on quality issues to internal operations, OEM repairers, and partners to ensure minimal deviations within the established SLAs. Develop and implement training plans for quality management resources and operations. Ensure that the business is operating and aligned with established regulatory procedures and company quality standards. Actively support regulatory efforts with continual improvement and corrective actions or support as needed. Responsible for the development and maintenance of an effective quality management system including efficient workflow patterns, ensuring customer expectations/SLAs are achieved, established performance standards, effective delineation of duties and responsibilities, ensuring proper staffing levels, and timely communication of pertinent information. Develop requirements for suppliers/vendors and monitor their performance and compliance. Does this sound like you? Proven working experience as a service and/or quality manager Knowledge of quality management especially of wireless/mobile devices At least 5 years of progressively responsible experience in the delivery and management of quality.
