How will I help?
As a Quality Engineering Manager, you will report to the Test Director and be responsible for the test deliverables including test automation. Your role will encompass comprehensive release tracking on the testing deliverables which includes planning, execution and sign-off, governance on the test artefacts, and ensuring the quality delivery of the platform within the company.

Manage and ensure delivery of testing services is aligned to the program delivery methodology.
Ensure visibility, traceability, and control of the testing process to deliver as per the business requirements.
Facilitate an effective and collaborative team environment, build strong relationships, coordinate resolution of technically complex problems and issues, and resolve interpersonal conflicts.
Monitor, track and report the design of test cases, test scheduling, execution of test cases and ensuring the standards are strictly met throughout the delivery phases.
Effectively plan and monitor the regression cycles for every release.
Closely work with test automation engineers and test leads to have continuous improvements on the automation coverage for regression test cases.
Closely work with Product Owners to ensure and keep the regression suite up to date with business requirements.
Create and maintain the testing metrics / governance dashboards.
Conduct regular audits on the test artefacts across the squads / projects and ensure the right quality standards are followed.
What do I need?
To be successful in this role, we are looking for a highly motivated and driven individual with:
Extensive experience in Quality Assurance, including significant tenure as a Quality Engineering Manager.
Extensive experience in the governance of test artefacts across the release cycles.
Proven experience in defining the Test Approach, Test Plans, and Test Completion reports.
Proven experience in reviewing the test artefacts and providing the sign-off for the same.
Solid experience in JIRA and XRAY tools.
Extensive experience in JIRA Dashboard creations.
Extensive experience in EazyBI tools to create and maintain the test dashboards.
Proven experience in test team management.
Proven experience in test automation and with the relevant tools for websites, APIs and windows applications.
Proven experience in overseeing the CICD pipelines for the test automation.
Proven experience in the reduction of the regression window time.
Experience in vendor management for the testing team.
Good communication skills with stakeholders.
Apply testing methodologies, theories, and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing processes.
Proactive collaborations within the test team and other stakeholders.
Proactively identify issues and risks.
