Responsibilities: Accountable for the integrity and ongoing development of quality assurance processes, systems, and controls across the full life cycle of Flite's product portfolio.Lead and manage a small team, using technical subject matter expertise and business partnering skills to work collegially with internal stakeholders in design & engineering, new product development, manufacturing, and product improvement.Ensure quality controls, process improvement opportunities, root cause analysis, regulatory compliance, and internal audit objectives are achieved.Build collaborative working relationships with external stakeholders, both locally and overseas, to maintain quality assurance processes, systems, and controls.This is a key appointment within a highly successful and entrepreneurial enterprise which prides itself on delivering an exceptional customer experience.
