Join our dynamic DevOps team as a Quality Assurance Lead, where you will lead and drive all QA practices for Voyager, an innovative custom-built system on the Azure platform that handles back-end operations throughout the entire customer journey. Your expertise will ensure the continuous improvement and maintenance of our application ecosystem, supporting our strategic business goals.
This role is open to candidates from NSW and QLD. Key Responsibilities: Primarily responsible for leading and managing the QA team.Develop and review test strategies, plans, scenarios and quality audits.Continuously evaluate and improve QA processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner.Provide guidance and training to junior QA team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.Regularly communicate with stakeholders to provide updates on QA activities, risks, and issues.Develop and implement automation strategies to streamline testing processes and reduce manual effort.Ensure that all QA activities comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.Participate in the development of requirements.Lead and manage UAT for the DevOps team.Qualifications: A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or an equivalent qualification.Over 5 years of experience in quality assurance or software testing, including at least 2 years in a leadership position.A solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.Experience with defect tracking tools and test management software.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks.ISTQB certification in quality assurance is preferred.Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
