Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager, you will assist in the establishment, maintenance and continual improvement of Sunwater's Business Management System and its integration with other management systems and business processes to ensure Sunwater maintains and continually improves its performance.
Other key responsibilities include: Provide support in establishing, maintaining, reviewing, publishing and continually improving business process documentation in accordance with regulatory compliance requirements, contractual obligations, ISO standards and Sunwater's internal processes.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to provide advice, coaching, assurance and reporting support for controlled document management and other management system activities, as required.
Assist the business with gaining and retaining relevant external management system certifications Provide scheduling and logistic support to facilitate internal and external assurance activities and other requirements.
Establish, maintain, and continuously improve the QA SharePoint site, controlled document SharePoint site, relevant ICT systems and underlying processes.
You will bring: You will have strong written communication skills with experience in data collection, analysis and presentation.
You will also have sound technical writing and document control skills with the ability to prepare written reports, presentations, and other communications in a clear and logical manner.
The Quality Assurance Coordinator will be able to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to influence outcomes to achieve organisational objectives.
In addition, you will:- Qualifications in business, quality, or a related discipline, or equivalent demonstrated experience 5+ years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the infrastructure, utilities, or asset management industry Proficiency in documentation management, assurance, and continual improvement methodologies Auditor qualification in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and/or ISO 45001 (highly desirable) Process improvement and/or root cause analysis trainings (highly desirable) We strongly encourage applications from candidates who are seeking flexibility in their work arrangements.
